These terms apply to your use of the Dine Agency website (dineagency.com.au). By using the site you agree to these terms. They do not cover any separate engagement letter or service agreement you may sign with us — those override anything below for that work.

- Submit content through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s rights
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish material from the site

The site, its design, code, written content, photography, video, and the Dine Agency name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
